The rooms at Norfolk Hotel are amazing! They are spacious and well-equipped with everything you need. The seating area with a comfy sofa and satellite TV is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The private balcony is an added bonus, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the city views. The 24-hour room service is a lifesaver, and the air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay. It truly feels like a home away from home.

One thing I didn't particularly like was the shower/tub combination in the private bathroom. It's just a personal preference, and others might still find it convenient.

I always stay at this hotel for my city trips. They found my lost necklace on my first stay. They have free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, lounge bar, restaurant, airport shuttle, fitness center. It has everything I need!

We had an incredible stay in this hotel. The best aspects were the helpful and friendly staff, who made us feel welcomed from the very moment we arrived. They speak English fluently, and went out of their way to provide us with a refreshing drink upon arrival even though we were early and our room wasn't ready yet. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great fitness center and an excellent breakfast offering a wide variety of cuisines to suit all palates. Additionally, the location was fantastic, situated right at this city's heart and close to all of the major attractions.
